Our unique approach will …
Pro-bono chemistry and discovery
We start with a 30-minute chemistry call and then offer up to eight hours of free discovery (one hour for decision coaching). Only then do we propose an intervention plan. If we don’t align, we offer a referral.
Curated team
KKCC leverages its large network and considers topic, sector, background, and personality when matching coaches, facilitators, and consultants with clients. Where possible, we try out different combinations as part of the discovery process
Focus on the “who” — not only the “what”
Stakeholders complete a ‘self and scenario assessment’ which provides insight into 1) personal values, priorities, preferences, and style and 2) openness to change now. We observe selected work situations to better understand how beliefs are interpreted and/or manifest as behaviors.
Your culture is our client
We really mean it. Unless it's a one-on-one engagement, we serve the collective rather than any one person, group, or point of view. KKCC is not attached to a specific decision, agreement, or outcome being reached, only that these things are achieved and align with your true values.

Making decisions, agreements, and changes are psychological, as well as operational and technical processes. KKCC helps clients recognize underpinning emotions (their own and others) and turn toxicity into productivity. We build trust and space for inner processing.

KKCC primarily works on day rates. Following discovery, we estimate the number of anticipated days to deliver proposed interventions according to our typical packages. Rates vary not according to the person(s) assigned to the work, but according to the operating budget of the client organization, team, or leader. If you want our help, we will make it happen!
