KKCC coaches individuals struggling to make or implement a decision at work. Whether it’s strategic, personnel, or personal in nature, by the end of three to five sessions you will have reached or executed your decision.
Breakthrough Facilitation
KKCC leads gatherings that constructively surface and address workplace conflict, confusion, and concern. Colleagues and collaborators leave our customized engagements with nothing left unsaid, unresolved, or unimagined.
Transition Consulting
KKCC supports groups that are ‘going through it’. Whether you're starting up or shutting down, turning things around or turning them into something new, KKCC provides integrated coaching, facilitation, and strategic advisory services.

TRANSFORMATION: KKCC works in an integrated fashion with your team as you redefine workplace norms and expectations. We support every individual, while strengthening the ways in which a team works together across borders, generations, and levels.
GLASS CLIFF GLIDING: KKCC provides temporary executive services—6 months to 3 years—for organizations in crisis. KKCC willingly walks the ‘glass cliff’ so the next, permanent female or minority leader is set up for success.
ENDING WELL: When you sense the end is near–be it with a project, department, or organization–KKCC supports you every step of the way, from deciding and communicating the decision to processing and operationalizing it.
